Project Assessment

 
£250 per day for on site inspection and report writing
Flights, Travel, Hotels, Subsistence and Disbursements etc are charged back to the client at cost.
 
A project assessment will typically be 5 days. Being involved with the Specification/Contract/Letter of Intent review will be longer
 

On-Going Projects

 
Being involved on a Day to Day basis will depend on the nature of the project. If our engagement is well defined, we can prepare an all-inclusive monthly amount.
 
Typically time will need to be allowed for Progress Meetings, attending major events, reviewing correspondence, speaking with stakeholders and preparing reports to create a paper trail. All of our work in accordance with the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology and our methods have been approved by the UK Association of Project Managers Board of Directors.

We are comfortable to work with the Designer, Builder, Broker, Lawyer, Captain, Engineer, Surveyor, Owners Representative, Bank, Technical Consultant within the existing Project team, as our primary aim is to help structure the Project in accordance with Internationally accepted Guide Lines.
 

Arrangements on behalf of clients

 
Where we are asked to make arrangements with suppliers, builders of refit yachts, we must be absolutely clear that we do not accept commissions or introducers fees.
